The purpose of this study was to investigate radiation injuries
reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) resulting
from therapeutic, interventional procedures performed under
fluoroscopic guidance, and to investigate the procedure or
equipment-related factors that may have contributed to the
injury.
