Overview
The Company
has divided its operations into three reportable segments:
The Quigley Corporation (Cold Remedy), whose main product
is COLD-EEZE®, a proprietary zinc gluconate glycine lozenge
for the common cold, Quigley Manufacturing, Incorporated, the
manufacturing arm of The Quigley Corporation,
and Quigley Pharma (Ethical Pharmaceuticals),
currently involved in research and development activity to
develop patent applications into commercial pharmaceutical
products.
